The forum was held in Peking University on November 23. Principals in charge of sports work from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Southeast University and more than 30 other universities with a history of over 100 years, as well as directors of sports institutes, schools, departments, experts and scholars attended the forum.
After the opening ceremony of the forum, principals in charge of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Southeast University and other five universities launched a dialogue on the theme of Complete Personality, First in Physical Education. Deputy Secretary Zheng Jiamao suggested that in the talent cultivation of Southeast University, physical education should have temperature, intensity and efficiency, so as to make physical education more sunny, harmonious and energetic.
This forum adopts the form of keynote speech, round table forum, etc., focusing on the theme of Healthy China and Campus Sports, it discusses the topics such as the improvement of students' quality, sports talent training, development of college sports associations, innovation of college sports teaching, management of college sports venues and construction of public sports service platform. CAI Xiaobo, head of the department of physical education, participated in the forum and reached cooperation intention with forum organizer on health risk assessment of teachers' health care, development of new sports projects and other aspects.
